Help For Individuals

If you are on your own and experiencing severe financial difficulties, the most important thing to remember is that you are not alone. The Trust may be able to help you with practical items to relieve the pressure and help you get on with your life. If your needs are more complex, we will refer you to other local agencies for further support.

We may be able to help with:

  • Emergency gas/electricity vouchers.
  • Supermarket or emergency food vouchers.
  • Essential household items and white goods e.g., cooker, washing machine, fridge etc.
  • Baby clothing, nursery equipment, buggies etc.
  • Beds and bedding.

The Trust is open to all types of requests for support, not just the ones listed above. We will require supporting documents with your application i.e., tenancy agreement, benefits letter, and a recent bank statement (dated within last 3 months).

We do not issue cash grants.
