Help For Individuals

If you are on your own and experiencing severe financial difficulties, the most important thing to remember is that you are not alone. The Trust may be able to help you with practical items to relieve the pressure and help you get on with your life. If your needs are more complex, we will refer you to other local agencies for further support.

We may be able to help with:

  • Emergency gas/electricity vouchers.
  • Supermarket or emergency food vouchers.
  • Essential household items and white goods e.g., cooker, washing machine, fridge etc.
  • Baby clothing, nursery equipment, buggies etc.
  • Beds and bedding.

The Trust provides the items listed above and will consider requests for alternative practical support, e.g. payment for a doctor’s letter or debt relief order.

Please send a completed application, together with a copy of a recent bank statement (dated within the last 1-2 months) and a copy of your tenancy agreement (if a new tenant).

Please note that we are not able to process applications without the supporting documents. If you have any questions or need further help with the application process, please contact us.

We do not issue cash grants.
